Roll the door down to the next roller and repeat the same process for removing and replacing the rollers.
Remove rollers from garage door.
Step 4 remove rollers.
Continue working on the rollers one at a time until you ve replaced all but the top 2 rollers.
Grab a socket wrench and unscrew the retaining bolts to the brackets that hold the garage door rollers.

Bend the track back into alignment and then roll the door all the way open.
Again do not do this for the bottom roller.
Use the 3 8 inch wrench to remove these.
Go to the other side of your garage door and bend the area of vertical track near the seam.
After removing the nuts use a hammer to knock out the bolts.
For the wooden garage door use the 7 16 inch wrench to remove the nuts that are used to hold the through bolts on the roller hinge.
Pull the garage door so the roller lines up with the bent track and pop the roller out to replace it.
When you have replaced the bottom 4 rollers you ll realize that you won t be able to replace the top one because it won t line up with the opening in the track.
