I tried this method but there still seems to be a fastener somewhere in the middle of the door around the front of the door pull handle but i cant seem to find it. Open the door completely. To remove the panels you have to use flat screw driver to pry out the panel in several locations. Front door panel retaining clip locating points rx300 remove the door panel retaining screws and clips.

Pry at the top and at the bottom of the plastic until it pops out. Remove and replace cargo compartment panels 2002 lexus rx300. Remove the door panel from the vehicle. Pull the door handle away from the car until you can slide the plastic out from the handle.
