Pry up the window switch panel.
Removing door panel on 2011 silverado.
Remove the door panel push pins and trim screws.
Lift the door panel up and out to release the door panel locking tabs.
Disconnect the switch wiring harnesses.

Remove the two 10mm bolts inside the door pull.
Remove all door panel electrical connectors.
Just pull out the clips on the back.

Use a 7 mm socket wrench or a ratchet extension and 7 mm socket.
Then pull the door panel starting at a lower corner and lift the panel up.
Remove the 10mm bolt inside the door handle.
You need to remove the 2 bolts that hold the pull handle on there is 1 bolt behind the door handle that opens the door and there are 2 behind the handle that is directly behind the switches.
Then you want to do the same thing to the panel on the other side.
Pull the lock up and pry out the panel on the lock.

Remove the two 10mm bolts underneath the handle.
Life the lock up and off.
Move to the bottom edge of the door panel carefully insert a flathead screwdriver or an automotive trim panel removal tool and gently pop out the friction fasteners.
Now pry off this panel.
Jan 24 2013 1 58pm i believe there s a little pin on the underside of the base on the inside release handle that when you push up it should pull right off.
Now reach in behind your door panel and just pull out to release the clips.
Remove the door handle bezel by inserting a flat trim removal tool between the door panel and handle bezel to release the locking tabs.
Gently lift panel up.
Locate and remove the door panel retaining screw underneath the rear of the window control module cavity.
Disconnect the latch cables from the door handle with pliers.
Now you want to remove this 10mm bolt and these two 10mm bolts right here.
It just pulls right out.

Pry out the door panel with a door panel clip tool or putty knife.
Continue pulling on the bottom and sides of the panel to disengage all of the white plastic friction fasteners.
Step 7 remove the retaining screw beneath the door pull handle with the socket wrench or ratchet.
